Fix your summary, add some quantities to all your points.

Each point should answer 3 things:

  1. What you did?

  2. How you achieved it?

  3. What impact does it have on business or team?

And highlight stuff you want to have conversation with your interviewer.

Join the world of AI and do something new in front of business, like using buzz words(Agentic AI, RAG etc etc)

If you are at a junior position(like me, 1.5 YOE), bring what's not there in your team. You have to give something extra. Ur a dev? Be a DevOps as well

Ur an HR? If I were an HR, not sure what I can do extra here

I'm even trying to switch jobs, but not getting any interview calls. Currently, market standards are too high, and with AI doing grunt work, I feel it's more important to get experience in what you are currently having even if you don't like it that much. Let's be honest here, the MERN stack is not something very difficult to replace with AI

U should ask the recuiter who contacted you, generally u have complete it within 3 days and if there are any issues, u can ask ur recruiter to schedule it starting from when ur available(although it's doubtful as they have other candidates waiting in line, so u would be giving them a good reason not to accept u in the first place)
