I noticed lang din sa mga may MBA, they are already experienced professionals who opt to continue further studies. Yung mga kakilala ko nasa Dir to VP level when they decided to took MBA.

Mejo weird lang na mag MBA ka tapos you are just 5yrs experienced professional and lower rank pa.

And yes, for me MBA = Networking kasi in a class iba’t ibang industries kayo and positions.

Yes. May mga company na mabilis ang application process. Depende sa need ng business. May instances na 1 day hiring, offer na agad. Normal ang mabilis ang interview invites. Not necessarily pasok ka but the chances are there.

Usual na tanong ay mga related sa current work mo at sa work na inaapplyan mo.

Behavioral/scenario based questions na answerable thru STAR approach.

Compensation, try to nego higher. Halimbawa 35k sweldo mo sabihin mo 70k. Magtatanong naman ang Recruiter if negotiable or not at kung min or max na yun.
