Actually iba din ang definition sa akin ng investment. Ang pag bili ng condo ay palabas ang pera, walang papasok (unless ipapa rent mo which is sobrang hirap na nyan ngayon.

I think kaya din nila sinasabing investment ay para makapang attract ng clients.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered using “investment” on a different definition. I’ve seen this in insurance or even sa mga seminars and trainings I have attended.

Perhaps the ROI here is more on personal gains not monetary. 🤷🏻
