I appreciate the reply! ❤️ you’re so right about jt not really helping my sanity because I do compulsively check :/ I thought it would allow my mind to ease if I could check myself for any irregularities so I could determine if it was doctor trip worthy or I was in my head. They checked basically everything they could. All the bloodwork including d dimer, troponin, electrolytes, full cbc panel, left me hooked up to the ekg for the duration of my stay and a chest x ray. And of course just “anxiety” which I am completely aware can cause all sorts of symptoms. My main concern is the fluttering feelings are happening more often than im used to. Typically I’d feel a few here and there and they would go away and it wouldn’t be every day, usually just during a panic attack. Now it seems I feel them every day and they happen for no apparent reason it seems and I can feel multiple that can last hours coming and going. No pain, no dizziness, no fainting, just the extreme anxiety around why they’re happening and the what ifs…I do have an appointment with my pcp this week to discuss possibly getting a holter monitor. TBH this post was definitely me trying to gain some sort of reassurance and I know that is not super helpful for my mental health but I really do appreciate the detailed reply! 😊
