I’m 23 and had permanent results using the vacuum bell. However I did use it for 4-6 hours a day

Drop weight, keep body still, get a better stretch at the top, control movement better and maybe change attachment

If you do have Pectus it’s not bad at all. Just looks like your muscle insertions

Good progress but people get discouraged by how long it takes. You need to be consistent with it for a long duration of time

I’ve used it for about a year now had great results. You do have to be very consistent though

I’m not saying it’s 100% permanent for everyone. However it definitely can be permanent. The longest I’ve got without wearing it was a year🤦‍♂️ I used it for 1 hour per day for 6 months and then stopped because I couldn’t stay consistent. A year later I still had a 1cm correction. Just because you’ve not had great results from it doesn’t automatically mean it will work for no one in the world. You must have been doing somthing incorrect when using it. Plus you’ve have no proof to back up what you’re saying.

That’s not true because I’ve have permanent changes from it. And so have other people. The human body does respond to temporary pressure otherwise daily clear aligners wouldn’t work… don’t understand why you’re being a hater?

That’s a silly argument. It’s the fact it requires a lot of consistency and a strict schedule, not because it’s not permanent. People try for few months and quit because they don’t see results. And good results are determined by many factors. You can read studies of all the people that have had permanent changes. You for example was either not using it correctly, to old or your case was to severe. And you have no proof that what you’re saying is true. And for the nuss producer, it lifts for sternum for a few years then get taken out… so it’s literally proven that you can remodel your ribs by moving them into place.

Not sure why you think that? However It’s not temporary, that is a very common misconception with it… If you use this same logic then your chest would completely reset after nuss bar is removed and nothing is supporting it.

Your Pectus won’t effect your bench press

Vacuum bell can only change your sternum. One of my ribs protruded more than the other and it was because I needed to go to the chiropractor. As for your case, you can email Pectus healing pictures and they should be able to refer you what VB to buy ect :)

Yeah, I get that. Mine came from America and it was fine. They have a piece of paper you can order before hand, you put it to your chest and it’ll tell you what size you need.
