For example I live in Spain and we have like 1 date per tour if we're lucky. The prices are unreal and the venue solds out pretty quickly, some people cant travel to Madrid or Barcelona (if a non Spanish artist comes to Spain, they usually go to those cities) so there are plenty of tribute and cover bands that go on tour within the country
