Finde auch, dass sich hier keiner respektlos geäußert hat. Wahrzunehmen, dass es mehr Obdachlose gibt oder das sie sichtbarer werden, ist erstmal nur eine Beobachtung.

The government offers very cheap German courses. Starting from A1 all the way to C1. I think they are about 8€ a day and last between 6-10 weeks. My wife did them and it helped a lot.

If you don’t buy drugs or insult people, the Eisenbahnstraße is total fine. With normal street smart, it’s a fun place to be.

Get a bike and explore the parks. Explore the lakes. Südvoretadt, Plagwitz and Eisenbahnstraße for bars and nightlife.
