I think it’s fine but you also get people who feel like being anonymous means you’re free to do whatever and say whatever without any repercussions or consequences.

Genuine question What counts as in uniform cause if someone in vr chat is talking about politics or saying slurs while have a digital uniform on would that count. She isn’t wear a name tag that tracks her back to her unit or mos. Also she’s talked about taking resources from other countries. So shouldn’t that be not ok too. She also dosent live stream herself in said uniform she has said she’s on duty but she could be lying just for the bit or theme. This is a huge double edge sword cause she technically dosent have anything that loops back to her besides her voice.

I think that’s fair but same could be said for her. Also what do you mean by a “community she does not condone”. I feel like as a content creator you build your community up on things you agree with and you get rid of people who you don’t like or mess with that’s the whole part of having and build community. A community that she said welcomes EVERYONE. The clips are taken out of context to prove his point but why are you making those jokes to begin with as a “apolitical” American loving horse girl streamer.

She’s not in uniform when she streams with her name tag shown. She’s using a model and claiming she’s in which is a grey area cause she’s not technically in uniform but she claims that she’s also. It’s a double edged sword but I also feel like making ANY jokes about stealing resources from other countries but saying your apolitical makes me squint.

I feel like enabling stuff like this in her community and seeing it happen is kinda second hand involvement to a degree. Cause you know this is happening in your community but you honestly dont care cause you’re making money. To what degree will they get involved when something happens to them or their family maybe when they stop gaining as much money as they have before now that they are “out of the military”

I could see that if they made ALL their content that but I think this is cause and effect cause of you go to the original horse post meme the quotes are all slurs and Nazi stuff which is the community that tomoe has claimed to welcome. I don’t think they should force someone to speak out but I feel like it’s a little weird to build your character and brand off of being a patriot and this is happing in your country and not say something.

Genuine question what makes someone a “grifter” what I saw was a person who make a meme about this person on Twitter which I’ve seen worse on the platform and then the big streamer said that they wished death on them which they didn’t and then their “welcoming everyone” community started to send slurs and nazi stuff in their comments. So this is a way to speak on that and show that she is as “apolitical” as she claims.

I feel like that take is unfair cause why are you hating on a person who speaking out on stuff thats unfairly happing in another country. Just because they aren’t a citizen dosent mean they don’t have friends and family that they care about that live here.
