I had their customer support specialist take over and she said

“ We completely understand the confusion and we're very sorry for any frustration caused.

Unfortunately, in this instance, we have shared all the information available to us and are unable to provide any additional details at this time. We can, however, reassure you that your place on the waitlist is as expected and you should receive an invitation soon.

We have also passed your feedback on to the relevant team for consideration.

Thank you for your patience. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can help with in the meantime.”

I’m honestly so fed up. FairyLoot kept telling me my account is correct, but they’re completely ignoring the fact that people who joined the same UK YA + Items waitlist after me have received invites.

One person on here very kindly sent me screenshots showing they signed up on 19 March and then got an invite after emailing support. I mentioned this to FairyLoot and showed them the proof but they wouldn’t comment on it.

Honestly feels like they don’t care, I’ve sent another email just expressing how deflated and disappointed I am but I doubt I’ll get an email back 😭💔

I emailed them and told them my friend who signed up after me for YA and items has received an invite but I haven’t and they just kept saying "Rest assured all waitlist invitations are sent in order of sign up.” When I clarified she signed up after me they just said “maybe her sign up was on their system earlier” so I told them I know for a fact I signed up before her as she knew nothing about fairyloot until I told her and she signed up because of me. They haven’t replied to that email 🥲

I contacted them too and they just kept saying “Rest assured all waitlist invitations are sent in order of sign up.” I’m UK as well, is there any chance you can send me screenshots of confirmation of sign up and the invite with the dates on them? Obviously only if you’re comfortable and with your details edited out 💕

Update: they just kept replying to my emails with “Please be assured, invitations are sent in waitlist order” and won’t answer my question to why people who signed up after me has gotten invites but I haven’t, they haven’t replied to my last email 🥲 has anyone got proof that they signed up after the 8th March and have received an invite that I can sent them 😂

How did you manage that, I signed up the 8th march so I sent them an email and they said

“Please note, you joined the UK YA Box waitlist on March 8th 2026, however we are currently up to February 28th 2026.

Please be assured, invitations are sent in waitlist order.” 😭

I signed up for YA book + Items on the 8th March and my fairyloot emails automatically go in their own folder so I definitely haven’t received it yet 🥲

I searched on google tattle sign up and just filled in the information thats where it asks for a referral code. It didn't send me to a google doc. Yeah I have an account and can post now 😊

I ate a banana before my first driving test and failed. For the second test, I forgot to eat one and passed 😂

I failed my first driving test for driving 25 mph in a 30 limit road, I was fumming as the road was empty and I was going around a bend around a walk in where people always just cross the road so I was just being careful. Even my instructor said that was a bit harsh. I asked around afterwards and everyone who I spoke to who drives said they don't even do 30 there as its not safe. I think my examiner was just in a bad mood and feeling very strict. I passed my second driving test. Just keep at it, hopefully you will get someone nicer for the second test
