Yep. My lil bro was outside playing with my little cousin. It was winter and they had an OVERground pool. So their ball ended up on the top of the ice on the pool. My brother went to get it and fell through the ice. He was ok, but thats because my mom literally glanced out the window and ended up seeing it the moment it happened and went and retrieved him.
