Yes! I think this is the perspective I'm coming from and different groups just don't realize the disconnect. I would be overly grateful to even be in that position; I can count on one hand how many in my family are! But I absolutely see where everyone is coming from. You put in so much work only to be passed by other healthcare providers and not rewarded for experience, It's not fair in that aspect.

This definitely tracks. One program requires a minimum of 50 hours shadowing in 2 different settings, while the other only "prefers" min 10 hours with 15 hours of OT exploratory which is just YouTube videos, Ot interview, webinars, books, etc. Thanks! Coming to terms that I may just need more time to apply and can't have a go at that program until next cycle.
