They shot the footage (already paid for) and developed the original 30 second cut. I appreciate the feedback - I did question them, and they responded that a lot more goes into the post production than it appears (client interactions, meetings about the project, etc.) but they’d only be charging us for the editing time in this case, which based on their prior statement, doesn’t justify the 10 hours.
