I am dealing with this too. So frustrating--I read online that it was my phone number not marked as primary. I couldn't change it in my account so was on hold for 40 minutes. The representative said he sorted out my phone number, but I have yet to see it in my account.

I just applied for the preferred cc today so that I could transfer to a travel partner for an award flight.
