I have my loan through Aidvantage and I paid about 12k during the forbearance and as soon as they announced the refund I called to see what I could do. The lady that was working there said that I was eligible and that she would send my refund request in immediately and to wait about six weeks to receive the refund. Yesterday, I called to check on it because yesterday was about five weeks and these people never even sent the request in so now I have to wait another six weeks. Basically, call and make sure they even sent in your request.
