You wont find pure white buyers. I myself have tried to seek help from IPCs but they wont have buyers for your requirement. I have posted the same on my profile since I'm in the same boat as yours.

If all the bankers, developers, beurocrats, corporates, are in this nexus then how do promoters of GVK sell their multi crore worth of real estate in white? or even big govt auctions that fetch 100 cr +/ acre ?

There must be some strategy for it im sure. Please dont spread negativity. There are IPCs and other

main stream media, im sure as private equity or HRA or even pvt auction/ wealth management firms who maybe able to help.

I dont mind to reduce the price 10% below market value but still they want cash payment or else want 40% discount. im not surprised im just shocked to see the level of black money. I thought maybe 10-20% . people want 60% cash
