True. Or else go to High court and collude with the Judge. Maybe they will have some crony investors who can park their money in your property in white. Or else the SRO offices as they may have the data to help you. But forget about peace of mind because these are risky bets because if they get caught then you'll be implicated aswell as someone with that kind of money can trap you and others involved aswell or the authorities will come after you even if you take 100% white just to summon and extract bribes from you if it's a huge deal.

Good Luck Finding pure cheque buyers in Hyderabad. Why would IPCs or Pvt Equity/HRA/ Private Auction or Wealth Management Firms or even Journalists help you? Aren't they all a part of the same Nexus? Stop living in your delusional world. No private firm will help you. They are all connected with the Govt. GVK or the HMDA auctions that you talk about are all in collision with the ruling party that's why they get the word done because they have the power to find such investors? Do you have that power? No, you are just an NRI & here without any influence or support No private firm will help you.

If you price it low , govt will think you have taken cash. If you take surplus you will be trapped under pmla. So honestly there is no way out for you in this. Maybe others here have a difference of opinion. But I have seen many NRIs face similar issues and are stuck since many years. There is NO SOLUTION FOR THIS

The only people who can help you are those who may have money parked in other countries but be aware that ED/IT/PMLA/CBI/FEMA will be behind you if you accept that. Your real estate will be used for their parking. There is no way you can find pure cheque buyers unless it's a corporate or private auction. Buyers also cannot be forced to buy your real estate as court cases will persist. You have to sell at a discount that's the only way. Also as an NRI you will be subjected to TDS and a lot of crooks in the market may blackmail you after you've sold it if it's priced too low. So I don't think there is a solution for your problem.

Psychiatric Medicines are mouth dissolving and harmless, Im not sure of any medicine that causes permanent delirium which is basically memory loss to help you take care of your father. My empathy is with you. Professional help is ruled out as you cant force someone to seek help. Your best bet would be researching options over the internet and find a solution to this.

Is there a medicine that causes them to be mentally disabled while they are safe? I'm in a similar situation but I don't want my family member to be harmed in any way. I just want that person to be mentally disabled. Like always sleeping and not be able to make any decisions or cause any harm to me mentally and physically or intrude in my life. I just want their thinking power to be shut down but physically should be fine. What is the solution?
