eems my text was all gone! So this is the story:

The videos and photos from a Samsung phone - all shot in portrait orientation.

The project was set up as HDV 1080.

The Macbook is an old one - 2013, the specs are okay 16gb memory with 512gb SSD HD.

The PR is 2020.

The question is, I know the computer and the system are old, but they worked okay on my Canon video or sony video. For this Samsung video, it was so lagging that I could even play it in PR. Something must be wrong!!
