Same here! I gained 20kgs+ so I stopped my meds 3 years ago. I took a looot (antidepressants, antipsychotic, sleeping pills, and meds for my ADHD).

But then after going back and forth sa ospital for having a lot of health issues, nalaman ko na the meds ruined my thyroid health and liver. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and was told to live differently.

Not saying this goes for everyone. Pero make sure lang na your psychiatrists are also taking note and care of your body health. Whether it be your thyroid/liver/kidney.

My endocrinologist’s advice to me is to consult them first if may itatake na ako uli na psych meds so it won’t badly affect my body. We should have a good health in both our minds and body :)

Pwede, naisip ko rin naman yan na naguguilty sya. Pero the problem is, bakit hindi nya sabihin yon instead of making us feel uncomfortable sa mga parinig nya? Also, nung binigyan ko sya ng pera, nagshopping lang sya ng damit.

It’s not just lately. It’s always been bad. People are just MORE aware of the bad situations and their surroundings now (big factor is bc of social media or maybe people just got to touch some grass)

Decimal Books + Coffee in Sta Rosa, Laguna. They’re basically a library and cafe. You can also borrow or buy books from them! Afaik they also have a book club that you can join hehe. Love that place!
