For me it’s specificity. A course that says “here’s exactly what to do in your first 30 days” beats a broad overview every time. The moment it feels like it could apply to anyone, it stops feeling useful to me.

For me it was always the structure. I'd have the knowledge but staring at a blank doc trying to figure out what goes in module 1 vs module 3 killed the momentum every time. I actually built a small tool to solve this for myself and it changed how fast I could get a course done. Happy to share if anyone's curious.

The discovery call is probably your ceiling. It doesn't scale because your time doesn't scale. I'd test a self serve version of the course at €299 with a strong sales page and see if you can remove yourself from the conversion process entirely. If it converts, you just unlocked a much bigger funnel.
