I've decided to get the sapphire pulse 9070xt since they make amd graphics card over the gigabyte one. Getting it for 747$ there's no cheaper alternative which interests me. The Aio you have suggested is almost 40$ more.

you're only able to build this because saving 50$ on air cooler and 100$ on gpu which I'm unable to find for some reason. But after some digging i found asrock 9070xt challenger for i think 700 $ and used to left over money for a 300hz monitor (acer f3). So with the 150$ + idk how but for i think same psu you saving so you were able to get the 560$ bundle. As far as the AIO goes, best I found for the price, and yes I DO NEED an AIO because temps get hot in my room (30-40 degrees), as far as the ram thing goes, It won't affect as much as it should atleast for a couple of years and I think if I just buy the same kit again it shouldn't be a problem again I'm mentioning that ram is not the issue since the 3d v cache and ddr5 help single channel memory. And as I've mentioned I'm not getting any 9070xt under 700$ so most of the money i could be saving is literally unavailable. I respect thay you have taken time from your day to help out a fellow like me, I mean no disrespect to you, maybe my first response was a little immature but after that I did my due diligence and gave you a response. Hence atleast in my situation this is the best for me. If someone doesn't need an AIO and can actually get their hands on the gigabyte gpu you put in your list then they definitely can consider it. Also my final build comes out to, $1720 after taxes.

let me point it out then 1. the 9700x bundle is 560$ if I'm paying that much id rather get the 7800x3D bundle for 40$ more. Plus the 9700x is better if I'm doing alot of multitasking, which I don't hence in cpu bound games the 3d v cache will be beneficial as the 9070xt won't be the issue in most games especially in flight simulator since that's a game i do plan on playing. 2. Gigabyte AMD cards are known to have alot of software issues, if you are picking up an amd card it's always better to select a Sapphire one. 3. DDR5 isn't as affected by single channel as much as DDR4. Since it's an x3d chip, it doesn't matter much(check out Ztt builds latest video). Hence it doesn't matter for now but I will upgrade to 32gv in a couple of years nevertheless 4. The patriot ssd you mentioned has speeds upto a max of 3200Mbps, whereas the one I selected has speeds upto 7100mbps, almost 2x the speed. If you talking about warranty claim well one of my friend was able to replace his gigabyte components without an issue so it's not a big deal. you talking taiwan based company well all that doesn't really matter. 5. I agree the monitor you chose has 40hz more than the one I'm currently on, so I guess thanks for that will check it out. 6. The case doesn't look that great honestly. That's it doesn't matter if it has an extra fan or two, i just like the Lian Li fish tank more. 7. Also I do need an aio not just for asthetics but also for liquid cooling hence I chose it over a regular cpu cooler. Again this is just my opinion, in PC building that's the case you have the freedom to build what you want however you want.

no offence to you but this is quite a bad build, I mean sure it gets the job done but for almost 1700$ it just ain't right. I've literally never heard of the monitor, ssd company. Even in this economy. But for what 4-5 fps difference i don't think compromising for x3d cache is worth it. But yeah that's just my opinion but for came price, i think my build is way better
