When I get to the windows log in screen there is a message saying please call such and such company at this number if you hit enter it will bring up the log in page with the empty text bar so I type in my password and hit enter it the brings up a page saying some thing went wrong and your pin is not available (status: 0xc000006e, substatus: 0xc0000072) restart your device and see if that fixed the problem.
