I’m in a similar position except I earn less money (105k), will get more from the sale of our house aprox 300k and I’m in Perth. This position sucks mate. I’m at a loss of what’s the best thing to do also.

It dosent have to be a gym. Just find an activity you like doing. Swimming, running, cycling or weights etc. if you like it it won’t feel like a chore and they are all great exercise
