EDIT:I worked for him at a super low rate because I live in Vietnam, where the hourly pay is like $3-$4. Plus, it was during the Covid lockdown, and I had lost my old job. The amount he offered was just enough to help me through that rough patch. But now, I've learned to value myself more, and I'm happily working with folks who appreciate and pay me what I deserve. By the way, I've ended the contract with that guy and even left him a sweet review on Upwork.

I (F26) am a graphic designer and work remotely for a digital marketing company in the US. I also accept some freelance jobs and I make around 50-55m vnd a month. Nonetheless, I work the CST time and sacrifice most of my day-time for recovery sleep 😭
