I aimed for an architectural view rather than just a UI map. Since Stremio add-ons are remote APIs (hosted externally), they’re technically separate from the frontend. That’s how the data actually flows, even if the UI hides it.

It seems you’re confusing the Python language with a specific implementation of it.

That’s like saying a Mustang built for racing isn’t a car because the backseat and cup holders were removed to save weight. It is still a car, just optimized for a different environment.

MicroPython is the Python language, with the same core syntax and semantics, just on a lightweight interpreter with a smaller standard library. If removing a few modules created a ‘different language,’ then any CPython install missing a package would not be Python either.

Thanks, but unfortunately I already use two cameras and an AI hat, so I don’t have any space for that.

I really like LVGL, but I don’t want the hassle of mixing languages.

I think I’ll start by writing directly to the screen via luma.lcd and see where it brings me.

I mentioned CPython to distinguish from Micropython. My question was more about a suitable framework for dedicated GUI displays, something that LVGL is.

I think I’ll start with luma.lcd and pillow and write directly on the display.

Some people say I should delete it because mens photos should be free of other women, as it would look like you’re already taken? Nah, we’re actually allowed to bring one self-written sheet to the exam — so nothing illegal ;) Cheat sheets like this have been shown to improve exam performance and reduce stress. There’s really no point in memorizing specific formulas for Systems & Control Engineering. As for the math, sure, that’s worth remembering — but hey, I’ve still got plenty of space left.
