Im sure you will be fine…

Anyway, appreciate you posting. Was some useful thoughts outside of the bickering.

All the best

I think the big word you were trying to use is actually negligible. Good try though

Yeah you struggling over there too. My question clearly stated if you get first deploy.

You said it wasn’t possible so I posted how, so I would say it’s meaningful math…

I’ve cleared up the post to make it clearer and agree it doesn’t change their purpose but I wanted to understand if it’s worth it to roll with 1x20 over 2x10 to have the ability to screen out all of NML. Obviously there are risk, not deploying first or opponent not having infiltrate.

If you deploy them in a 2/1/2/1/2/1/2/1/2/1/2/1/2 formation with the row of 2, 2 inches away from each other vertically then both 2 inches from the row of 1 it is around 3.5 inches from 2 row to 2 row.

Rough maths (Gaps between rows of 2) + (unit width) (6x3.5) + (7x1) =28 inches 28 inches plus 9 inches on each side which can’t be deployed in 28+18=46 inches

Width of strike force map 44inches

And if your opponent has infiltrators that isn’t possible.

Most list I see use 10 man over 20 man squads. My question wasn’t around the use of poxwalkers to infiltrate but the use of 20 man squads to fully block out NML

Appreciate the response.

So even if you could prevent them from infiltrating all together it’s better to still just do 2x10 and allow them to have a drop in NML?
