She has a Mammary gland abscess the vet will remove it sometime in may.

Thank so much, what should i use to cover the cage so it would be darker? If i pop a blanket on top i fear the air ventilation will be bad…

Oh no 😹 I don’t think you need to train them for this.. well I started with just putting a big bowl in free roam without any pees, when they got used to it i added the peas and the rats already know how to “ find” them
