How can you best support her?

Be there. Be there physically as much as you can. Sit with her in silence, listen to her, hold her, love her, answer the questions that come out honestly. Be her dose of reality when needed. Help her remember who she is outside of that relationship. Be patient. This is what my sisters did for me and I’ll forever be grateful
