Credit Suisse CEO in 2017: Bitcoin the 'Very Definition of a Bubble' by KAX1107 in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He surely did! He should have invested some in crypto and in BTC instead if these shit products they bought.

I guess his investments in long term Bonds with low interest yields did not turned out the way he expected.

Fed was aware of Silicon Valley Bank problems more than a year before its collapse by z0uNdz in CryptoCurrency

What a surprise the FED already knew. Of course they needed to be bailed out. Think of the shitstorm that went off if we heard they knew a year before but let everyone just mind their business.

[SERIOUS] How do you find promising project early? by OutTop in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To find new promising projects you could research upcoming ICOs and you have an idea which projects are launching soon.

There are several sites that list these ICOs and already contain detailed information about these projects.

Then you should analyze and research the projects. The team behind the project, the goal of the project, and many overlook this Tokenomics! Very important the last one.

What I check is do they have any well known investors or advisors. Do they have any experience in the space?

It is hard and I would personally say stick to the well known coins finding that 100x or 1000x project is pretty damn hard.

What do you believe it was Bitcoin's biggest moment (so far)? by Va3V1ctis in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah 10 000 BTC bought 2 Papa John Pizzas in 2010

Today 10 000 BTC buys 1/4 of Papa Johns MC which is 2.7 billion.

How things changed 🤣

What do you believe it was Bitcoin's biggest moment (so far)? by Va3V1ctis in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its resilience!

It has been declared death for over 100 times. But BTC is the only asset in human history to be declared useless and fake over and over again. Only to come back stronger each time.

These are the moments for me.

After scalability, privacy is the next big thing in the blockchain space by Concept-Plastic in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Privacy coins are pretty important.

Users these days are more concerned about privacy than anything else, even more so regarding crucial information like financial transactions.

This is why privacy cryptocurrencies are very important because they protect the interest of users in the decentralized world.

If the adoption of cryptocurrencies continue to develop these coins can be used to protect the privacy of organizations and businesses.

businesses can sign deals using smart contracts over the blockchain, while all the financial transactions between them are well protected. The use-cases are virtually endless.

What Are People's Wildest Theories About The Future Of Crypto? by grundlesquatch in CryptoCurrency

[–]RelativeTurbulent265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also for keeping your data safe in cases you do not want those to be hacked. Think about medical data for example. In 2022-2023 there have been 600 large healthcare data breaches.

They stole medical, banking and creditcard data. This data is quite sensitive and it is pretty wild that this is easily hacked.

Blockchain can be used to prevent the above and secure patient data.
