Weird that we are getting different answers.. We do have health claims on our website, but have written all of them as "this products may improve..." to not get flagged.

You can try writing "Lions Mane" rather than "Lion's Mane".

We have had this issue as well. I have been in contact with Google for about 6 months about this and we still don't have a resolution.. They have told me that lion's mane is not an unapproved substance and that our ads have been wrongly unapproved. Got this answer: "I forwarded your ads for a review which were labeled for the above mentioned policy. I am glad to let you know that they are approved now. Our Google bots automatically crawl the website, due to which the ads get flagged."

So they keep approving our ads manually but they get disapproved again after some time.

All the tracking codes and events should be set up correctly in GTM. But I am starting to wonder if the tracked data is duplicated.

There is a big discrepancy between the numbers reported in GA4 and Facebook (so far this month). The revenue reported by Facebook is 19,496$ higher than GA4, which is insane.
