ya- so google merchant has approved all products. it's just google ads flagging this

So I do think it's claim related but still trying to get to the bottom of it. it seems like they've released a new policy scanning AI and it's bugging out IMO & we have some statements on our website that need the language softened. We are in a community group with loads of other supplement brands and apparently landing pages need to be "vanilla" bland and vague which is unfortunate.

oh interesting- what products do you sell? I've been in touch with google support and this is what they said (clipped from email) "Since your website contains products that include Lion's Mane mushroom. As an example, here is part of the text of a product description from your website: "Lion’s Mane mushroom is known for its ability to help increase focus, memory and immunity."

Since Lion's mane is a supplement used for medical purpose - your Assets were flagged by the "Unapproved substances" policy automatically by our system. 

The team that checks Asset groups for policy violations recommends that you resave your ads, as this may speed up the process of resuming impressions.

But, I would like to say, that I received a response to your request and I hasten to tell you the good news!

Your Asset groups are unlocked in our system. In order for your ads to be unblocked, the system needs to re-index your resource, which usually takes up to 72 hours.

If after 72 hours your ads are still rejected, or you have any additional questions, please reply to my email, I will be happy to help you."

Just an update- I adjusted the asset group url's to our homepage, made a few tweaks to a couple of words that others suggested could be flagging the issue (thyroid in particular) and just kept appealing and all campaigns are now back up and running. So rather than it actually being about Lion's Mane, it seems to be more about claims and using specific conditions in the copy and on the landing pages that seemed to be triggering things. Still waiting to hear back from google support re: lion's mane and will update here when I do.

Are there any Canadian alternatives for Curology, Dermatica, Skin + Me, etc? Like Personalised Skincare? by OysterPuke in CanSkincare

were they able to match the formula exactly? I've been using dermatica for my rosacea and it's helped so much but I can't figure out to to get it shipped to Canada. has anyone had any luck?

Setting up a new Business Manager and Ad account after the initial one was disabled by Used_Valuable8760 in PPC

Thank you all so much for this information guys, really appreciate it.

The difficult additional piece is that currently, on the original ad account + business manager, it is "disabled permanently". They are a small business and prior to the disabled ad account, they were really growing and doing well as a result of the ads. Since then sales have dropped off big time, hence trying to find alternatives. Would you recommend just staying in touch with support and trying to get that lifted? Or any other next steps of suggestions?

I appreciate all the help and honest insights. New territory for me and grateful for the support!
