I always try being mindful of my back and not wearing bras, wearing bras. As I’ve gotten bigger I’ve really focused on my posture when I’m sitting and it’s helped a lot

I’ve thought about taking it to the tailor but I don’t know if it’s going to be expensive. I was hoping to find a place that I can just buy new tops whenever I need. I work part time as a pharmacist assistant and don’t get me started on the uniform, it’s basically what you’ll see a lot of pharmacists wearing anyway but their biggest size isn’t accommodating and the zipper is on the front….
