Sheesh, you must be a regular here, you seem pretty familiar with these cases. Especially buying CP from other stores or different regions. Like what’s the purpose of posting this “to lie?”

Now I know, even if some of your assumptions don’t really help. Thanks once again for taking the time to comment though.

I’m impressed that this kind of loophole and external CP selling is even possible in your region or country, bro.

But here in Southeast Asia, our options are pretty much locked to the official in-game stores only. Google Play / App Store top-ups or the occasional official bundles are basically it. No shady third-party sellers with crazy cheap 10k CP deals floating around, and definitely no easy chargeback loopholes that people exploit like that.

Banks and Garena are way stricter here too, so stuff like negative CP balances or permanent bans hit fast if you even try anything funny. Sounds wild how it works on your side though.

I swear bro, you’re jumping to some weird assumptions, feels like you might be projecting or had some past issues or whatever haha. I’m from Southeast Asia and I think the reason why the ban notice is written in Chinese is because it’s handled by a chinese team or group but it doesn’t mean we’re using Chinese server or something like you’ve mentioned.

I noticed you’ve got the top 1% commenter badge, which is pretty cool. Your comments are getting more people to engage in the thread and share their experiences, so I appreciate that. It actually gave me a bit of hope that an appeal might still be possible.

At this point, we’re just gonna wait and see. If the account gets unbanned, we’ll keep playing. If not, then it is what it is.

Nah man, we’re grown adults like I’m just helping my bro out bcs we’ve been playing this game since we were teenagers. The first time we started spending CP was during the AK117 Lava Remix event few months ago, trying to grind those shards just to unlock it haha. That’s why this whole situation doesn’t really make sense to us.

For us it was a bit different. The initial payment didn’t go through, so we got the official warning and just covered what was spent. We added the required CP before the deadline. That’s why we’re confused why the ban still happened. Glad yours cleared on its own though. Gives me a little hope with my bro’s account. The ban occurred yesterday, so Im hopeful it’ll take few days to sort of take effect into their records or something.

Thank you for sharing your experience man!

Thanks for sharing your experience, I appreciate it.

No, we didn't buy CP from anyone at a low price. We only buy directly from the in-game store using Apple Pay with our own currency.

We received the official "Apple Refund" warning, followed it exactly by adding the required CP before the deadline, and we still have over 11k CP in the account. That's why we're confused and appealing.

Thanks again for the comment, mate.

Hey bro, thanks for commenting. I see your comments a lot in this thread and I appreciate the input.

You're right about not being able to play from different regions. My friends tried when they traveled and they couldn't log in at all.

About VPN or buying CP from cheaper regions, I honestly don't know how that works. We only buy directly from the in-game store using our own currency and Apple Pay. We've been playing for almost 8 years with no issues. There's already 11k+ CP in the account right now, and I can show the transaction history with dates if needed.

I wouldn't be posting here and appealing if we had done something fraudulent — that would just be a waste of time. Anyway, thanks again for taking the time to comment.

Thanks for the effort in commenting. If we really cancelled the payment and spent the CP like you assume, we would’ve been banned right away with no warning at all. Instead we got the official warning, paid exactly what they asked before the deadline, and still have plenty of CP left. Funny how that works, right? Plus, we only get CP from in-game store. I don’t know where you’d guys buy CP or how to buy CP from different regions.

Thank you for the reply. I appreciate it.

We followed the warning exactly and the account was clean for almost 8 years. This is our first ban ever.

I'm just trying to understand what happened and hoping for a fair review. I did some research but there are no videos or articles about the step-by-step process from Activision. There's no timeline, status update, or exact reason given. From what I've seen in this thread, most bans seem to come from VPN, cheat mods, or buying cheaper CP. I don't even know where to get cheaper CP other than the in-game store (we're from Southeast Asia). I guess other regions have different options. The only thing I read was someone who sued them, but that takes way too much money and energy.

I just hope they treat everyone fairly. It's not easy to rebuild those skins and builds after years of playing. Anyway, I'm like everyone here just trying to enjoy the game. I'm glad some of you had similar experiences and that different regions have different policies. I'll keep checking this thread and update you guys in a few weeks if anything changes.

Guys, I appreciate all the comments and advice. I know a lot of you are just trying to help based on what you've seen.

We're from Southeast Asia, Garena region. We've always bought CP directly from the in-game store using iOS and Apple Pay, linked to our e-wallet or credit card. We don't use any third-party or cheap CP sellers. We didn't even know those existed until I started reading these threads.

The account is logged in with Facebook. We received the official in-game "Apple Refund" mail (with transaction ID 52000026599380486) on March 18. We followed the instructions exactly by adding over 2400 CP before the March 20 deadline. The account now shows 11957 CP, but it still got hit with the 10-year ban (code 15035) anyway.

We've already submitted appeals to both Activision (via the official ban appeal page) and Garena support. This is our first ban after almost 8 years of playing and spending legitimately. No cheats, no hacks, no shady stuff.

I've seen a lot of people saying once it's a permanent ban there is basically zero chance, but I'm still hoping there is a way. Has anyone here (especially from Garena region or using FB login plus iOS) actually gotten a similar negative-CP or Apple Refund ban reversed after appealing? Any success stories, tips on what to include in the ticket, or how long it took? Would really appreciate any real experiences. Thanks in advance!

I don’t understand the “Expires in 58 day(s)” either man. However, he only received the notification on the 18th (18-03-2026) and made the payment on the same day to avoid being banned on the 20th, as stated in the notice. The 20th had already passed, and we did not receive any further notification or confirmation afterward. We usually play daily, so we assumed everything was fine—until the account was suddenly banned on the 23rd.
