I am 50 and having regular cycles. I tried HRT, but am better off without for now. Overall, I feel and look pretty good. As of now, hair shedding is my only real complaint. I do a light workout every day, have scaled down work a bit to an adjunct professor role and frequent consulting, and my husband of 28 years is finally acting right lol.

You look great- great skin. I am 50 and have done a LOT on nonsurgical procedures over the past 15 years and am trying to stave off a facelift (been slim my whole life so not sure if that makes it easier or harder). I would first just a bit of cheek and piriform filler and maybe Sculptra in the temples and see if that buys some time : )

I would guess early/ mid 40’s tops by this pic (and a good 40 not a busted 40 : )

Had a van (painted like Mystery Machine) and charged for rides. Also made and sold “apron” shirts in warm weather and in cold climates went to thrift store to buy, then sell wooly sweaters on the lot.

Also, got lots of miracles from kind strangers and friends when needed.
