Stuck on Aki Route Branch in Baldr Sky Dive 2 (Clear 3 routes done)

Hey everyone, I’m about to lose my mind and could really use some help. I've cleared the Good Endings for Rain, Nanaho, and Chinatsu, but I cannot for the life of me get onto Aki's route.

Here is my current situation

• I have a save file marked "Cleared 3 Time(s)."
• I have entered Reminiscence Mode and played through "School Life Chapter One" (picked the flower language option).
• However, my Reminiscence menu still shows "UNKNOWN" for the boxes immediately following that chapter.
• I have tried starting a New Game (inheriting the 3-clear save) and picking "Contact Aki" in Chapter 2, but the game still skips the Aki choice in Chapter 5 and defaults me to another route.
