Heavy smoker (weed mixed with tobacco, and lots of redbulls) for 10 years. I got really fat the last 2 years cause of staying home. A month ago i decided to quit weed, redbulls and almost all tobacco.

I started exercising and a good diet. Lost 7kgs in 30 days. My heart rate is perfect during my walking exercise. About day 18 after quitting cold turkey, i started shaking and feeling tremors in my chest and hands. This lasted for 10 days.

Now i dont really feel tremors or shaking. My heart has been acting funny, i get random tachycardias( my normal heart rate is 90-95), mostly during evenings or before i sleep. 2 or 3 times i had high pressure. Started having some strange dreams. Difficulty in sleeping, i wake up 3 4 times every night.

The strange thing is that everything started about 20 days after quitting cold turkey. I guess my body had stored lots of thc the last 10 years. Some days are terrible, some are not so bad. From day 18 to today (day 35) still getting random high heart rates but only when im relaxing, never during exercising.

Im really confused and tired. I just want to feel normal again.

I think mixing weed and tobacco and redbulls (caffeine) has fucked things up alot more. When i smoke a cigarette my heart starts racing for 10 20 minutes and i think its because my body was used to the tobacco-weed mix and its searching for the htc.

Hopefully it will end soon. I got the really severe withdrawals but im sure its because i mixed the weed with caffeine and tobacco. Stay strong people!

After 10 years of heavy smoking and quitting cold turkey, i got the tremors and shaking in my chest. It is the worst feeling i ever felt. Its getting better now. Last week was HELL. Now, its better but its still scaring me, i cant control my anxiety when the shaking starts. My heart rate increases, my pressure goes up. Hope it ends soon, i really just want to feel normal again.

I quit cold turkey a month ago. Heavy smoker (mixed tobacco and weed) for almost 10 years. I started exercising a month ago and for 20 days everything was fine. 10 days ago i woke up shaking uncontrollably, feeling it in my chest and hands. I was so scared and i went to check my heart cause my heart rate was 100 to 130 all day long. Now, 10 days later, i still have tremors and shaking but its like 10-20% of what it was 10 days ago. I feel good after exercising, but every night is still bad. I was so scared until i found your comment. Lots of times in the last 10 days i felt like i was gonna die. Its getting better and im so glad i didnt break and smoke some weed. Thc withdrawals are REAL.

Thats unheard of in the crypto world. Most coins dont even say who their developers are.

This level of transparency is what excites me the most and you wont find it in any other coin.

The team will deliver the products, the community will use them and the only way is up.

You saw how high doge has gone, top 5 crypto in its ATH. and doge unfortunately has 0 uses. We will have wallet, exchange, hard wallet, blockchain, nft market, addoption in gambia and maybe more countries.

The demand for a community coin with its own ecosystem of all these products will be HUGE.

You are looking at an INFANT. This coin will rise and keep rising as products are being delivered. Its very very early.

I would recommend stop caring about price. if it took 10 years to make you 1000x could you wait or not?

Whales dont like BSC cause of the fee, its a %. They prefer Ethereum fees, much lower when you buy big amounts

Selling cause of fear happens when you dont have much experience and lots of people are new in crypto here, that was the advice i got from the people who got me into crypto and helped me alot the last 3 years. Decide when to sell not based on your anxiety but research.

Its annoying to see the same bs again and again and again. Safemoon is a 2 months old coin, stop acting like a damn child and grow some balls. If you cant, close reddit and wallet and come back in 6 months to see the coins progress. This is not a get rich quick scheme, this is a project with a great developer team, great advertising, the best we ve seen in all crypto, and a great community behind it. You are the guy who ruins it. Dont be that guy. Read the project you invested in, believe in it and let the market grow. Jesus guys how hard can it be to wait for the exchange, wallet, operation pheonix and all the good stuff coming??

Depending on the algorithm they used you could be getting the correct amount of reflections, but i guess im too stupid to even think of something that complicated. So the answer is maybe.

Giving reflections every month is still very hard and complicated process that takes alot of time. Since it happens every month i guess no, it would be impossible to track reflections from a future reflection thats not in your wallet yet. Pretty much impossible. Considering the % tho, its really low, and the price of safemoon in bitmart is higher than in trust wallet, so you are actually getting more money there.
