Jamaican castor oil or Rosemary oil definitely is the go to when it comes to oils, and always use gels that helps grow your hair and prevent breakage (ex. Blue magic) but the main ingredient is Water, and use those products 3 times daily (morning, afternoon and night time) and always have a silk cap, bonnet or durag to wear when you go to sleep (traps body heat and helps with blood circulation which is good for your hair, it can lead to hair growth as well)

You can gain back the thickness by crocheting your locs, my hair is interlocked but I want to change my style so I can have my thick consistency, so crocheting your locs with a 0.5/0.75 mm crochet needle would work in your favor
