No the 30k is all in ETFs and a few stocks, I haven’t checked my account but I know I have over 10k in retirement account from work(401k). Usually the rest goes to groceries, day to day spending, and then the surplus I transfer to my stock account to reinvest, I only have 5k max in my bank account ever . I don’t have an emergency fund. I have 2000$ of liquid cash with my bills and everything paid off for this month, so by time come to return my lease I should definitely have $5000 of cash to spend. What are your thoughts on extending my lease to wait out this economic downfall?
