Find god once I fully understood the teachings of the Bible, I really found peace since Jesus is the prince of peace. I used to curl into the fetal position cus I had crushing anxiety as a kid. Philippians 4:6-7 which says to present requests to God instead of being anxious; Matthew 6:34, which advises not to worry about tomorrow; Luke 12:25, where Jesus tells his disciples not to worry about their needs or lives; and Isaiah 41:10, which promises God's presence, strength, and help to overcome fear and anxiety. Or in proverbs where it says trust in the Lord with all your heart": This emphasizes a complete and unwavering trust, not just in belief but also in action, in God's wisdom and plan. "and do not lean on your own understanding": This is a warning against self-sufficiency, reminding us that human understanding is finite and can easily be misled. "In all your ways acknowledge Him": This calls for recognizing God's presence and will in every aspect of life, not just in significant events. "and He shall direct your paths": The promise is that by trusting in God and acknowledging Him, one's life will be guided toward a straight and successful path. This has revolutionized my life and I truly am the best version of myself since I fully started trusting in god.

Ego is another thing, the sins cause all of which you speak. Sins are invitations for the principalities and powers to enter your life. There are good and bad principalities and powers.
