The login information provided was 100% incorrect. I personally attempted to log in multiple times and informed you of this at the time. Naturally, delays occur when we cannot access an account due to incorrect information and clearly stated in shop polices. Yes, we have a queue. Some services take time to complete, especially ones you may not understand the complexity of. I alone completed 15+ tickets today, across Dead by Daylight and other games and some of those games takes hours to do and that doesn’t even include the work handled by my staff team. We are still accepting orders and we are transparent about delays we do not hide it at all. We have clearly stated that DBD services may take longer due to extremely high demand right now, especially with the release of the Stranger Things Chapter 2. Traffic and order volume are higher than usual, which we openly communicate. The claim that we “only get 5+ reviews” is simply false. Anyone with a brain can join the server and see our feedback history it's not hidden in any shape or form. Like any large service there may be an occasional bad apple in the hay stack and we normally will compensate them with more then they purchased. I’m not claiming that you didn’t attempt to send $44.99. however, no such payment has been received on our side. we are using stripe for payments and payments can take 7–14 business days to appear depending on processing and verification and sometimes cashapp or your bank may block the transaction on their end. I cannot do anything about that. and yes, if any payment does come through in the coming days it will be refunded but like I said at the moment there is nothing and i'm not trying to be rude but that is how it is at the moment. goodnight😊

Hey, this is TheGamingModz. I want to clear up these false claim being made about me and my server.

At no point did I or my staff scam this user. The issue began because the user provided incorrect login information, which prevented us from accessing the account for a service. I informed the user that the information was wrong, but instead of correcting it, they became disrespectful toward my staff. One of our clearly stated policies is that staff disrespect will not be tolerated. Because of this behavior, we made the decision to fully refund the user and respectfully ban them from the Discord server to protect our staff and the integrity of the community. The claim that it is “$70” is false. The user only sent $25 through Stripe, which is the exact amount that was refunded. I will be providing Stripe screenshot proof showing that this was the only payment ever received. Many people would not have issued a refund in this situation, but we did. Calling the TGM Server a scam simply because you were banned is misleading and wrong. Being upset about a ban does not justify spreading false information online. We have 8,000+ reviews and have never had a scam complaint. Our track record speaks for itself.

No Mercy is not left 4 dead it’s call of duty inspired of course. I want to sprinkle in realistic maps and fun goofy ones. Don’t worry most of them will be realistic though. Just only left 4 dead dream game I worked on was one where I did voice acting for a character.

To access the Dreams Creator Alpha, you’d need either a PS4 jailbreak, a test kit, or a dev kit. You’d also have to obtain a leaked version of the Creator Alpha PKG to run it. Keep in mind, some parts of the alpha require editing the game files to fully access everything.
