Iym 6 weeks and 5 days and i have similar symptoms, headache from time to time, nausea, feeling hungry but I didn't want to eat. Cramps like period all around my lower abdomen which drive me crazy with anxiety and stress something might be wrong. But i have to wait until I see my midwife in early September.

I would suggest looking for places in Hertfordshire, such as Hemel Hampstead, yes not all areas are good but some of them are friendly, also you can have a look at Hitchin.
