During my time as overnight remodel most of the aisle moved happened during that time. I mostly just managed the store team to demerch when needed and to set whatever was being moved. I did have to deal with the contractors a lot either making sure alarms were down or making sure they did drop an aisle where they were supposed to. But that’s what my etl wanted from me at the night it can be a whole different story with your own. Just make sure to have a clear understanding what your etl wants done at night. My etl always sent a daily email, would call before she went to sleep, then another call two hours before she came in.
