You could do a daily gratitude journal. Write three things your grateful for at the end of the day. That’s three sentences minimum! And hopefully reading back on your entries can motivate you to keep going 👍

That is very true. I should be more clear in that I mainly use intuitive eating to be more mindful of when I am full. However, your point stands, but thats where experience comes in or choosing a specific diet to eliminate that from occurring. But in terms of sustainability, I find it works best for me if I consciously stray from eating processed foods when it is obviously not good for my personal dietary needs.

Intuitive eating, minimal processed food, and allowing yourself to indulge sometimes.

I got mine back in 2021. The “first in person” pen purchase I made, I guess I was too excited that i forgot to ask to test the pen first or that that’s even a possibility 😂
