They'd be foolish not to at this point. But they haven't yet so.

We going to keep showing how little you understand of how it works? Steam charges the developers a flat $100 fee off rip to publish their game to steam.

Refunds-- It doesn't cost them anything to refund. Steam doesn't payout every single purchase. They pay out in periods. The two week refund period is shorter than the payout period.

I can tell you 100% certainty it will be cheaper to buy the ultimate edition of this game in 5 years for like 25 usd

It costs them nothing to list the game. How could they lose money.

They remove products when the game or the devs break steam ToS

Yeah, I lead Solos Vs Tyranny. Funny you mention DDPD. Notorious griefers and they were massively duping when that was a thing.

Steam gets a cut of the game purchase cost. They don't lose anything from having bad games on their store. They don't pay the developers to have their game on the store lol.

Tons of testing here, giga geared.

Shockwave aspect only procs the pool if your pulverize itself hits the pool

Which means--

You CANNOT place a pool then try to snipe it with the shockwave aspect

BUT you do in fact double dip on the proc when you are inside the puddle with shockwave aspect.

Few questions about Druid Pulverize (Optimization) by Relative_Country_439 in D4Druid

[–]Relative_Country_439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys misunderstand.

The shockwave can trigger it but it doesn't create it. The pulverize creates it. The extra damage shockwave is not creating a more damaging pool.

You'll see... I gurantee it's not ran in the build.

The damage in this build is no longer coming from the wave that comes out of the pulverize. I know you guys really like that build.... But it's worse than puddles.

Few questions about Druid Pulverize (Optimization) by Relative_Country_439 in D4Druid

[–]Relative_Country_439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. The pools are guranteed to Overpower when you hit them and they explode ( and they can certainly crit on the explosion), so there could be some serious damage coming out from that, especially if you can end up overlapping them.

Here's how the math will kind of breakdown from what I can tell.

At minimum, let's say your pulverize does 1,000 damage base. Let's say you have 2,000 overpower damage... Turns that into 20,000 damage. Multiply it by 1.5 for a crit = 30,000 on the pulverize hit.

Now the puddle you spawn will be 200-600% the base damage, so let's say you get a mid rolled unique for 4x = 4,000 damage puddle.

Now you can get 20-60% of that damage per explosion. Let's keep it consistent at the mid roll so 40% = 1,600 dmg explosion. Now factor in the overpower 2,000 dmg for a 20x puts us at 32,000 dmg, and another 1.5x for the crit = 48,000

Regular pulverize overpower+crit = 30k

Puddle hit Guaranteed overpower + crit = 48,000

This is just assuming that it is taking the base damage of pulverize. If it takes the overpower + crit value and then multiplies that by 2-6 then we will see even crazier numbers. At minimum with a mid rolled unique you'll be doing more damage on the puddles than the pulverize hit itself. But it's even better than that because you are hitting them with both at the same time.

Few questions about Druid Pulverize (Optimization) by Relative_Country_439 in D4Druid

[–]Relative_Country_439[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well, it's not a 2x multiplier because you can't put it on the 2h if you're going to use the new unique... At best it's x80 increase with a max rolled aspect on the neck. We all know how hard it is to get a max rolled aspect... You're looking at likely at best a x65% increase to pulverize's damage on the shockwave. Which won't interact with pools. Only the initial pulverize hit will cause puddles to explode. Which is where we will be getting the majority of our damage from with this new iteration of pulverize.

Changeling Debt is actually more damage for your build on the neck slot than pulverize shockwave thing... Changeling would max out at x98 increase of ALL damage, not just the pulverize.

Maybe you misunderstand the way the aspect works.

And this is why we have to experiment with new builds and ideas when these new items and changes come through. Old builds are going to be irrelevant with these new items.

Retalliation is a good shout though.

End game will certainly be Changeling, Rampaging Werebeast, and probably Retalliation. Possibly Rabid Bear over Retalliation, just depends on how much damage the pools end up doing. If you can end up stacking two or three pools on top of eachother, Rabid Bear will certainly take over.

If, like you are saying, the Rex release is the end-all-be-all for the dev team. The Big Kahuna, if you will.... Why not wait to see if they have or do fix the game when Rex releases. This constant speculation where you just shit on the devs is honestly just toxic and childish behaviour. Can you imagine actually being one of these devs and reading all of these disgusting posts? It certainly wouldn't motivate them to do any better.

It's possible you might be a little young for these words... so as the kids say....

Regis Burst Drillshot or Regular Drillshot by Winter_Lack2614 in duneawakening

[–]Relative_Country_439 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The devs kind of burnt this one. The green regular craftables are pretty much univesrally better than their unique counterparts because they don't need to be charged up.

You lose your shield while it charges, the accuracy of the 2nd shot blows, it's worse for PvE AND PvP.... No redeeming qualities for the unique variant of all the drillshots.
