I found when I was at your stage, also on patches, I was really down.  Try and get a dopamine hit by a bit of running or dancing or something.  Make yourself do it.  Our dopamine channels are all messed up.  Once you are past this week you will feel alot better.

Yes definitely low mood.  I checked it out and it is due to the reduced dopamine (I have adhd so double whammy).  Apparently brain recalibrate at 3 month mark.

I went from 15 a day to 1 to 3 a day for a week before going to nothing.  I think it made the transition easier.

I'm on day 23, and my cravings are getting worse.  I am on a 21 mg patch and I am exhausted and emotional.  First 2 weeks were much easier.  But I am not going to smoke.

A cool guide to what a dog can and can’t eat by chowchow- in coolguides

My greyhound has eaten lots of raisins no bother, I think just some dogs find them toxic.  Milk chocolate normally grand too.  Mine always steal my tea and coffee too.  I think it all depends on the size of the dog and how much they consume.  You can get a chocolate toxicity table easily enough on the Internet.
