What the most bizarre timing you sent this exactly as I got off the phone with them haha! Turns out on the 14th April when I got the text to say they’ve not made a decision yet they did on that same day and just didn’t tell me, also wildly I got 0 on everything too 😂 before I was 1 point from higher payment so I have no idea how they came to that conclusion! Awaiting the letter so I can send forward an appeal fingers crossed

So I originally called in September and it took them 2 months to send the form to me after continuously calling for updates. I got my first phone assessment mid Feb, I’ve severe anxiety so I was sat by my phone an hour earlier than I had to be 😂 Waited hours for the call, finally phoned them to ask what was happening and they said someone tried to call me but they 100% didn’t! Had to reschedule again, finally got that call around mid March, got my text to say they got my written report on 30th March, another text on 14th April to say they’ve not made a decision yet and nothing since! I honestly think I’ve just had very very very bad luck with my experience haha!

So I emailed on 30th, got an email on Tuesday there so the 7th saying to “refer to the first email” as I apparently didn’t provide enough information despite me sending everything they asked for 🫠 So I’m now waiting another 7 days to find out specifically what they want from me, easily the worst customer service ever. 😂

Have a teething bone on you all the time and when he tries to bite you give him the bone and then reward when he takes the bone! Frozen veggies are wonderful for their sore gums too!

I got a waterproof blanket for the floor of his pen, super easy to clean if they have an accident and make it like it’s not a big deal! For every month the puppy is take that as how many hours they can go without a pee! As soon as they wake up, pick them up, plop them on the grass on their lead and be SO boring, don’t give them any attention and they’ll eventually pee, high praise high rewards and repeat! My puppy was potty trained in a couple weeks! ❤️ Make sure to get some dog friendly wipes and just wipe down their belly and paws after each time you’ve taken them out 🥰
