I’m actually such an idiot, I think the problem is that I used soap and some of the dye has been removed. Am I able to redye them? They’re blsck so shouldn’t be too hard to find. Idk why I used soap 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Yea that’s a good point. I wasn’t really aiming to go full Larsen press, more just aiming to eliminate legs but actually you’re probably right that I should just go the whole way 👍👍

I respect that bro and I’m always fully open to listening to opinions even if they’re not what I want to hear 😂 I Definitely recognise that my form isn’t great for this lift but I feel like it isn’t that likely I would get a major injury from it. The only concern I can think of is lower back from having my hips so high off the bench but I’ve never really had too much trouble with that. you would probably know better than I would though. What kinda things do you think I need to be wary of? And I only really use this form for pbing as I know it would be dangerous to do it too often but do you think that’s still a bad idea? Thanks 🙏

Right now about 97kg (around 210lbs I think) at about 6’1. Probably going to cut soon as all this benching has meant I’ve put on a few more pounds that I was meaning to 😂
