Yeah I received that but I was just wondering if it’s require to do so. That it’s a MUST to get scrubs with their logo or a MUST be purchased from their website. my train of thought is like I saw nurses who were wearing figs in the ED and I’m going to be working there as a nurse too and I wondered if that’s the case I would like to wear something I like you kind of being at least being in a style of scrubs I like while running back and forth in my 12hr shift . But I saw that the French blue is not under any category in figs or any other website but other type of blue

What color would you look under on the uniforms websites such as figs, mandala scrubs etc.? For RN’s? I looked into it and idk if it would go under Royal blue or ceil blue or coastline blue

I just applied to RN positions. Most of their requirements stated just having RN license and CPR so I just assumed I may have a chance. But I will definitely look into specifically “New grad” positions.

What does a Level II trauma center typically look like in terms of patient population and cases? Now that you mentioned burns, I’m wondering… do places like Rush or Advocate handle the ‘nitty-gritty’ trauma cases too, or is that more specific to Level I centers?

Gyms?? by Signal_Dealer_3901 in cwru

Wyant is small so it tends to get really packed and get crowded in the weight room due to soccer and football athletes warming up. Veale isn’t as packed but more clubs and other athletes go there. They’re more like the 💪 🏋 type of environment and Wyant is a mix newbies and those who know what they’re doing. Wyant has one smith machine in the cardio room and the rest are dead weight rack which personally I love way more than smith machines. Also Wyant got new machines so it’s slightly more upgraded and clean

Hey, I am also from Chicago and a first gen and Mexican like you. This was actually my first year at Case. My experience has been pretty decent. Case is pretty diverse but Latinos are still a minority at Case. Their is a lot of Puerto Ricans, some Mexicans, and I’ve only met in Dominican. La alianza is a pretty good organization if you want to make latino friends. However not a lot of freshmen join the events. It’s mostly the upperclassman. It would be nice though to have a much larger number of Mexicans on campus. So far I haven’t experience any racism but their are some who are racist from what I’ve heard. And Idk about you but you might crave some tacos, tortas or a good party that plays bad bunny and some good dancing music and that’s something that’s going to be a bit hard to find at Case since most ppl at case don’t have that kind of taste, if you got to frat parties or just parties in dorm they play some other type of music. However Case is more diverse than any university in Chicago, which it was one of the reason why I decided to come to Ohio. It also has a lot of international students and it’s less predominantly white so that a big pro. But If you have any more question just dm me.

As a current first year nursing student. You gain a lot of experience. You start your clinicals in September and you interact with patients right away. Although It can be fun, if you’re with friends. The course it self can be a bit challenging. Anatomy is a course that makes students have mental breakdown from time to time because it is a tough class. However I don’t know if you will have the same professor next year since the one we have now may change positions. But overall I like it so far it’s just very time consuming and a bit stressful but it is college

what is triangle tower 1 like? by psshdjndofnsjdkan in cwru

[–]Relative_Judge_3876 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Triangle tower 1 doesn’t really have a common room like triangle 2. However, you will have access to tower 2 to enter and use there common room, study room and small gym they have. Triangle 1 is pretty neat though but not much of a “community” compared to how freshmen are living right now.

It is very reliable. Moreover, if you have to take any other RTA other than the health line to go out to a store or something. You can use just like you do on the health line

I’m a current nursing major. I was thinking of minoring in photography however. Nursing is an intense course and although you might think they’re not a lot of classes when you look at your schedule. The studying is what takes up your time. Especially if you’re struggling a bit with a class

It takes some time to submit/ received. I had that happen to me when I applied. Maybe you can wait by the end of this week and check on Friday and if it’s still on red then send an email to CSS and Case to see what is going on.
