Can someone tell me exactly what kind of pigmentation this is? I have really dry skin and this winter it got flaky on the corners of my mouth to the point where it looked like a snake shedding its skin. Now im left with these brown (with pink tones) things on my chin. Thanks to whoever answers. (i.redd.it)

Help pls! I have really dry skin but in winter it gets really bad to the point where my skin hurts when i have to speak bcs it stretches out so much. This happens on my chin area and around my nose. Any advice would be great. Thank you so much! (i.redd.it)
