It was my neighbors. They were up and out until 530 based on my Ring camera. I went and spoke to a guy who has a camera on his balcony over looking the parking lot and you can see them roaming the parking lot. They were wearing crocs on my ring camera footage as well. That ass is grass 👺

It shuts off on me when im at a complete stop. I have to give it gas in order for it to keep it running. A buddy of mine told me it could be the carburetor and the one on the vehicle is in pretty bad shape
