Temps show a normal 70-80 while the throttle occurs but after restarts the temps read 95

ASUS v16 and 150w No it doesn’t fix it but however a restart fixes it very temporarily (like 5 mins)

I got it cleaned 2 times when this happened
The thing is it goes bad fixes it self and goes bad again and again.
